A wonderful customer focused family business. I took in to them a Thetford lock and key, from one of the motorhome hatches, which had seized up completely and I couldn't lock or unlock it. Thought I would need to purchase a new one. Ben took a look at it and began to take it apart, couldn't see anything broken, gave it a good clean etc, put it back together and it worked just fine. He gave it back to me. When I offered to pay for his time, he said it was part of the service. So nice to find such an honest helpful young man, who could have taken advantage of my being a female by just selling me a new lock. Thankyou Ben.

Honest, genuine, efficient and after having had an accident in my motorhome, he put me at ease and guided me through the insurance process and getting my van fixed. We had an emergency awning repair that John very quickly diagnosed and repaired for a very cheap price!Fantastic store to browse through and even has cheap, safe and secure camping onsite!We were only going to stop for the night for the repair... stayed 2 weeks and upgraded a lot of things on our vans with Johns very reasonable prices and freely given advice.A credit to the Port Lincoln area!

Worst customer service experience, delays in the original kitchen and not able to deliver original design, problem with product quality took many calls to get this fixed, one shelf obviously incorrect size installed, again very poor customer service in trying to get this issue resolved - sorry but can't recommend this company.
