Absolutely joke of a solar company. After sale service is nil!!! Customer support is nil!!! You ring tech support and they have no representatives. They say to leave a message with reception and someone will call you back. Well that doesn’t happen. So you call back and they send you an email with instructions which just don’t work. Synergy say my system isn’t connected so I am getting no credits from what I generate even though the app is showing over 30 units generated per day. The sales guy (Jeff) is unhelpful now that he’s got your money. Honestly, do not use this company. I installed solar on my last house with Perth Solar Force. They were excellent and always helpful and I wish I used them this time.

I would like to start with, you guys at United Solar Energy are a great team of people. After countless discussions and multiple systems on offer (choices), we ended up getting 2 systems installed.One at our rental and one at our owner occupier property. It’s nearly been 12 months and both systems have been performing perfectly.Very knowledgeable and super helpful with questions we had before signing up. They also followed up throughout the entire process and felt no pressure.Speaking from experience and dealing with United Solar, I’m one very happy customer. Great people, great product & great support (warranty) for later on. I have no worries with recommending United Solar Energy.Thank you guys again, Regards Matt - Frankston :)

We had a great experience with Solar Naturally. As soon as they got to our house they got straight to work, drew up some plans for us to approve and were in and out in only 4 hours. We've had zero issues so far in the past month that we've had our system and they even called us up for a follow up to make sure everything was going alright and to make sure we were happy. They had some supply issues with the system we wanted, so they upgraded us to a bigger system, with better quality panels and a better quality inverter. I would recommend Solar Naturally to anyone looking to convert to solar power.

We had a good experience with getting Solar thru united. it has now been 2 years and our system has had faults and errors. I have tried to make contact numerous times for help and had no response. I also tried to make contact to ask for help getting set up on my phone to connect to my system and have not received any response. Disapointing

Worst display of driving I have ever seen.Truck with trailer LAN026 should not ne allowed on the road driving a heavy vehicle.I have footage of this driver going up the emergency lanes of the M1 overtaking. He will kill someone.I will be forwarding dashcam footage to police as this drive shouldn't be driving as a professional
