Worst customer service experience, delays in the original kitchen and not able to deliver original design, problem with product quality took many calls to get this fixed, one shelf obviously incorrect size installed, again very poor customer service in trying to get this issue resolved - sorry but can't recommend this company.

I couldn't believe the high level of customer service and such personal approach to kitchen, bathroom and wardrobe design. Josh took the time to show me all the features and benefits of all the aspects of my renovation along with keeping me up to date with progress of my job as with all full custom works with multiple areas in my home it went much smoother then i imagined. They coordinated everything and everyone. If your building to a standard and not to budget like so many company's do Pinnacle Kitchen Company is 100% worth a visit.

Terrible customer service. A gentleman from the company came out to measure up for a quote and said he would send through the quote in just a few day. Almost a month later I sent him a text message for an update. He promised he would get back to me with a quote in a few days but again he never reached back.

These guys take the cash and then do a ninja ghost smoke bomb disappearing act without a trace of customer service. Defects galore and ZERO care in production, installation or after sales care to repair/replace defective panels or action on poor quality installation. Stay away unless you what rubbish. You have been warned.

If I could give this company negative 5 stars I would. Disgusting customer service. They come out to measure up for a quote on a whole new kitchen and say they will have the quote to me in 3-4 days. After patiently waiting for over a week with no contact I call them to find out what's happening only to be informed that they are too busy with bigger jobs and can't quote on my kitchen at all. Would have been nice to be told this a week ago so I could find a company that actually cares about potential customers. If they go bust I'll sure know why. Give this company a wide berth and find one who can actually be bothered.

An outstanding experience from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with from the initial design process to the installation were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would like to give special mention to Josh (the owner) for making sure every thing was perfect and in the process exceeded all my expectations.
