Terrible experience. The product was ordered online. Not listed as out of stock. Delivery within 10 business days. The price went up after ordering.I contacted to all where the product was after 3 weeks from when I ordered. I was told it would take another two weeks to arrive. One week later I was called and offered inferior product that was in stock and told they didn't know when my product would arrive and it could be quite some time.I complained to head office and my product arrived two days later! Clearly it was in stock and simply didn't want to send the product for the price paid online. Will not purchase from Tradelink again after this experience.

After looking everywhere else I found the perfect kitchen mixer tap at ABK for our kitchen renovation. The price was excellent and the service first class.

It says on the website open Sundays. I drove for miles and not happy you are closed. Fix up your website. Bunnings here we come.

Good store

Spoke to the lady in the display area enquiring about purchasing a 900mm linear shower grate with an off set drain. What a joke her service was disgraceful walked out in disgust. I can definitely see why there were zero people in there.

Absolute stoked with the products we received from Reece.Staff are friendly, and the showroom is tidy and well presented.1 star off because they forgot to order us 1 of 2 toilets we ordered, and second, the carpark is entry off the rear street, next to the Jets club, and very poorly signed.Parking at the front of the showroom (where any parking is visit easily) is on a main road an dangerous.So to get to the proper carpark, left at the roundabout, left at the next roundabout, then take the driveway after the Jets club.At the time of this review, it isn't signed, but there's loads of plastic pipe in racking at the back of the carpark.Very happy with Reece.

I dealt with Jennifer Simpson throughout my purchase and delivery. Not only she shown her entire professionalism and dedication, she also was extremely visional and knowledgeable in the products she helped me to choose. She understood my needs and respected my little knowledge of bathroom accessories and connections; and attended to them and to my builder' questions whilst I was renovating bathroom. I cannot speak highly enough about her service. I will without hesitation recommend my family and friends to contact her when needing in a future.

I called into Reece Plumbing, Batemans Bay today to pick up a tap for my laundry. I was very impressed with the thoughtful care provided to protect their clients, and their creative use of plumbing pipes to ensure the 1.5 metre rule is adhered to... all this with great service. Awesome work guys.
