A wonderful customer focused family business. I took in to them a Thetford lock and key, from one of the motorhome hatches, which had seized up completely and I couldn't lock or unlock it. Thought I would need to purchase a new one. Ben took a look at it and began to take it apart, couldn't see anything broken, gave it a good clean etc, put it back together and it worked just fine. He gave it back to me. When I offered to pay for his time, he said it was part of the service. So nice to find such an honest helpful young man, who could have taken advantage of my being a female by just selling me a new lock. Thankyou Ben.

Great service, good job every time. Yesterday was about the 3rd or 4th time that I have used Coastline RV. Ian, the owner went about a tedious job spending over 3 hours without losing focus. Well worth the extra 45 minute drive for me.

Cannot say enough amazing things about Ben and his team. From the very first phone call right through to picking up the van after they had done the repairs, every step was faultless. We had issues with our Thetford fridge and Ben's knowledge and desire to help was just fantastic. If you are looking for someone to help with your RV this is the place to go.

I came to them just as the floods were happening with a gas fridge that died. The staff called there gas fitter Reece and put me in direct contact. The road to his premises was flooded. Yet he arranged to see me at the vacant car park ( due to the floods ) at Movie World theme park. Fixed my fridge in the carpark. What great bloke!!! Thanx for that Reece and the staff at Coastline RV.

These people are amazing! They really know their stuff. Went to get a gas griller fixed (which Ian had tried to resolve over the phone to save us the effort of driving there) and walked out with an in-line filter, my tv connection fixed and a referral to an auto-electrician (who know what he's doing), oh, and the griller fixed. They have a great showroom including things to make life on the road easier. I hope these people realise how much they are appreciated.

Contacted Coastline and spoke to Ian looking for a screw for my Carefree awning roller. Ian said most people use a rivet to hold in place but went searching for a screw in their workshop. After sometime he advised he had found a second hand one and held it for me until I picked it up today at no cost. This is my second dealing with Coastline and both times I have been impressed with their knowledge and level of customer service.

The guys at Coastline RV provide magnificent service whether it be at the time of purchase or 3 or 4 years thereafter. The aftermarket GPS/Radio/Bluetooth I bought back in 2015 stopped working. Within 5 mins I was back on the road at a cost of $2.00. 13/11/19

Rob & I have dealt with Ben a number of times now and have always found him to be extremely knowledgeable & giving of his time before & after sales. He explained all the options when we were looking to install 12 volt charging & 240 volt systems into our camper trailer and most recently the replacement of AGM batteries with a lithium battery system. We were more than happy with the service we have received on each occasion and strongly recommend Coastline RV.

I did a lot of research trying to find a replacement knob for the dometic stove with no luck whatsoever. Coastline RV was the only company to bother getting back to me. Ian had a price and promptly ordered the part. I had my solar and battery upgrade there recently also extra water tank installed.10 out of 10 from start to finish then taking the time explaining how everything works.
