Wizard Home Improvement Prospect NSW - We had an insulated gable pergola installed at our house, was happy with it until we noticed rain water leaking between our house gutter and pergola gutter. My husband called numerous times and sub contractors were sent out to check but never came back to fix the issue. It's very disappointing that it has come to this where we have to write a bad review of our experience. Poor customer service... They were more in a hurry to get our money instead of our satisfaction! It is now a year and a half!! We will be taking this further to Fair Trading.Update - Owner of company called the next day. He apologised and said will have it sorted ASAP. Sent people out to check the leakage twice and finally got it fixed as they didn't install it properly the first time. This was done within a month.

First business was a good experience. However, the last time ended up very disappointing. Salesman, Larry, was very nice but there was a considerable lack of communication with the administration people and unpleasant attitude when enquiries made. The delivery promises were not adhered to.

Have used yourselves several times for cavas repairs on My camper trailer Very satisfied each occasion great jobs. Went Friday 17 Feb around 4pm to seek advice on a tyre rubbish bag repair. The guy there took it from me had it restitched he’d and returned within a few minutes . We recently had a Vergola completed. The process was greatly assisted by our consultant, Roy, who visited our home twice and provided an obligation-free quote and drawings. We were also able to customise the size to avoid having to go through a DA process.At that time of the consultations, we weren't sure whether we'd proceed. There was no pressure to enter into any contract or the like; just helpful advice and service.Once the Vergola was constructed, you can see that quality materials have been used including Australian Colorbond. I understand there are other companies which provide a similar product but what assured me about Vergola was that they invented the movable louvres and have been around the longest, so I felt I could trust the company's warranty and reputation.

Chris has transformed our home. We are very happy with the blinds and shutters. I am a shift worker and the blockout blind is fabulous. I would highly recommend this company for shutters and blinds.
