Best service ever. So happy they rocked up and we picked out a tap from the the back of the van and installed for a great price

Of course the flick mixer on the kitchen sink decided to fail on Good Friday in our unit at Golden Beach near Caloundra. Called Taps R Us and Craig was fantastic on the phone. Bryn was there in no time and fixed the tap. Very professional and very clean in his work. No mess at all. Cannot thank Taps R Us enough for fixing our tap on Good Friday. Will certainly use them again. Highly recommend.

Ashley in the office went above & beyond she was amazing. In early Nov I had leaking pipe. The response time was great. Plumber was here within the hour & was so friendly & professional. Would highly recommend using this company.

A huge shout out to the team at Taps R Us. A concealed water leak underground was promptly located and fixed.

Installed in New Hot water unit a few months back Hot water is not able to be regulated as we are only able to add to smallest amount of cold water . Contact Taps r us regarding the issue plumber attend our property was not able to rectify the issue proceeded to blame All matter of other things than address the issue we are experiencing .This issue is not what we were experiencing with our previous Hot water unit explained this a number of times to the plumber that attended our property he was interested in the information I was providing . Extremely arrogant had to ask him to leave as he had no idea or interest in rectifying our Hot water unit issue .Just to clarify I was not abusive to the plumber I in the first instance advise the plumber that he was wasting Both of our time and he should leave to which he became Belligerent any left our property
