Thanks Joey for fixing our fridge. Much appreciated.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Very dissapointed as being a first customer and our gas tank running out. Meaning no water for showering, washing clothes, cooking.. called at 7:30am that morning to ask to deliver a gas bottle. Waited around all day for delivery driver to come. Wasnt until 7pm realising there was no different gas bottle that there was one just sitting out the front and not connected. No one knocked or even left a note to say they would be back or to explain why it wasnt connected. Phoned up and the lady on the phone was very rude and unhelpful, speaking over the top when we were trying to explain no one knocked or phoned to let us know why it wasnt connected. Very horrible service and defentily would not recommend for anyone who wants a fast, reliable service

My freezer under warranty was making odd noises and Joey was given the job by the freezer's manufacturer. Joey organised to come over and assess my freezer immediately and attended that same day. He explained what was needed and ordered the part promptly, and a week later was back to fit the part. I appreciated he came when he said he would and let me know what the problem was, and not having had to use an appliance repair person in Geelong before will now call on Joey should any of my other appliances fail. He was also very good with my nervous rescue dogs which was also appreciated.

Came on time, did a great job, at a great price, fast and clean I will use them again.

Martin is easily the most helpful and understanding person I have ever met! The whole team at Deception Bay rentals are amazing and kind! Any problem you have it is solved in a matter of days and there is no problem they cannot and will not fix! Amazing customer service! These guys are who you want to rent to buy through and their prices are unbeatable and they have regular cash give aways for renting items!

Had a few issues with my dishwasher and contact Blanco. In less than 24 hours they had a service man knocking on my door and Luke found problems very quicky and Blanco agreed to cover the costs.Thanks Luke and service staff at Blanco.

I just had Peter repair my oven. I had only two years ago used someone from one of those sites where you list your job. Turns out that he used cheap parts and here we are two years down the track replacing them again. This time with genuine parts, with an authorised repairer for not a lot more. I was really happy with the service and would definitely use them over unauthorized repairers again.

Highly recommend this business. Service was friendly, prompt and good value. Gentleman gave me some good advice I was grateful for.
