Adelaide Hills Gas

If I could give a 0 star I would. Very dissapointed as being a first customer and our gas tank running out. Meaning no water for showering, washing clothes, cooking.. called at 7:30am that morning to ask to deliver a gas bottle. Waited around all day for delivery driver to come. Wasnt until 7pm realising there was no different gas bottle that there was one just sitting out the front and not connected. No one knocked or even left a note to say they would be back or to explain why it wasnt connected. Phoned up and the lady on the phone was very rude and unhelpful, speaking over the top when we were trying to explain no one knocked or phoned to let us know why it wasnt connected. Very horrible service and defentily would not recommend for anyone who wants a fast, reliable service

Excellent service, delivered on the weekend for us at no extra cost, because they already had a driver on the road. Very satisfied we have hot water again.

Such a wonderful shopping experience from the showroom to install. Very helpful, friendly, thorough and informative when choosing a gas heating unit, which made the process so much easier. I requested two quotes which were completed in a timely manner. Installation was booked in a matter of weeks. My daughter and I couldn't be happier with our product. No more freezing winters! Thank you to everyone from your team who assisted us. A 5 star experience. Would highly recommend!

As a customer of Adelaide Hills Gas I would like to say how wonderful this company is. My gas is always delivered on time and hassle free. I love their easy online ordering and the girls in the office are very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

From entering the store, to choosing a unit and installation - everything happened incredibly quickly. We have a kitchen/mezzanine which gets bitterly cold in the winter and normal panel heaters did nothing to help. Our new Rinnai unit heated the space within 30 minutes on a 9 degree day and I actually had to turn it right down as it was getting too hot! My only regret is we didn't do this sooner - Installation was fast and hassle free and we got a very good price for the unit we purchased. All the staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish :) No more freezing for 6 - 8 months of the year!

What a great company to deal with. Moved to Littlehampton a few months ago and never had bottled gas before. Ran out of gas and rang the company at 7.30AM and within 30 minutes two bottles of LPG were delivered and the very cheerful delivery guy spent 10 minutes explaining the gas system to us. We have also purchased Weber accessories from their showroom in Totness and the office staff are very helpful.

OMG what a wonderful group of people Had an instant gas hot water service installed after struggling with solar hot water. They came to my house and advised about the right placement and unit that fitted my needs and I didn't have to wait days before getting a quote. The same man whose name I can't remember also installed the unit. The gas bottles were delivered the day before and the installer was on time. When finish he checked the water flow from all hot water taps and showed me how to work the wi fi control (I am not tech savvy but didn't have to ask). Last night I had a hot bath without having to boil water and a shower this morning was perfect. The reception staff were also helpful and pleasant when I rang them. If you are thinking about a gas appliance these are the go to people

Fabulous local company. I love them. They sorted our gas and provided and fitted our new stove. Have helped us all the way with a very professional service and a great price. I was uneasy about the quality of a previous gas fitter's work (from a different company) but what their fitter did with our pipe work was excellent and I have no concerns now.

Walked in to get prices and advice on gas installation for my home. Spoke with Jo and another gentleman who couldn't be more helpful. They really know their product. Excellent service, nothing too much trouble.
