Would be nice if the person on the phone or the person who came into my house asked me my name.... very impersonal service. yes they got the job done.. after whinging about the weather.. and that they didn't read the message to say don't ring the doorbell shiftworker sleeping.. the job's done but next time i'll try someone else. Customer service is very lacking... and it showed from the person who answered the phone to David who came to the house

Twenty out of ten, absolutely five star service from David who attended my service request.My LG fridge which came over from South Africa had ice build up at the bottom compartment and fridge techies in Canberra informed me that the seals were perishing and creating the problem, further that the seals were unavailable in Australia. Over four years I have had to remove the ice build-up weekly to stop the water leaking over the floor.Our family relocated to Brisbane recently and I placed a service call with King Seals which was accepted and an attitude of no worries after explaining the situation.David who attended the service request was outstanding - not only replacing the seals but also informed as to the ice build up issue which was a blocked drain and described as to how to remedy the problem. He was astute in informing OHS and safety matters and recommended that I contact a professional fridge electrical techie to resolve the issue.Well!! after he left I found the blockage and simply used a piece of wire to remove this from the drainage pipe and Lo and Behold A FRIDGE LIKE NEW.These guys and especially David are stars in my families book.Thanks a mil David and King Seals

They dont actually repair fridges, just the seals. Maybe change the title on the Google listing from 'refrigerator repair'

The guys fixed up a really tricky door seal on a blast freezer. They were very knowledgeable and persistent in making sure they had gotten the job done right. The servicemen were professional in appearance and attitude, job scheduling and communication was exact. Just seems like a really well run business that has great value.

Awesome Customer service, rang to see if we were home to come early and give us the superior customer service we received. Next time we need any seals done we will be ringing again. Thank you so much.
