My freezer under warranty was making odd noises and Joey was given the job by the freezer's manufacturer. Joey organised to come over and assess my freezer immediately and attended that same day. He explained what was needed and ordered the part promptly, and a week later was back to fit the part. I appreciated he came when he said he would and let me know what the problem was, and not having had to use an appliance repair person in Geelong before will now call on Joey should any of my other appliances fail. He was also very good with my nervous rescue dogs which was also appreciated.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!This refrigeration repair person Joey is not only unreliable but rude and unprofessional. I would warn anyone against using this service. I work in Pathology and took the afternoon off to suit Joey for a service call. He is vague and can't even remember my phone number and rang me after the agreed time to cancel altogether. Has problems doing more than one thing at a time. Poorly run and totally unreliable.

I called Joey as the repair man for the company of my brand new fridge could not come for another 2 weeks. In the mean time my newly laid floor boards were being damaged by the leak. Once I explained this to Joey he understood the urgency and came as soon as he could, fixed the problem and followed up with another issue. Thank you for your promptness and assisting us in our situation.

With a broken dishwasher, we called Joey to attend our property as he is the service agent for Fisher and Paykel in our area. Just under $700 later, the same problem continued to happen, clearly the dishwasher was not tested before leaving site. After countless unanswered emails and non-returned phone messages, we had not had a response after 4 weeks later. We called on another mobile as he was clearly ignoring us. He answered and assured us he would get back to us that same day. It's been over 5 days, and we still have not heard from him. Such poor workmanship, business morals and ethics. Be carful, don't waste your hard-earned money on Joey's Appliance Services.
