Had a few issues with my dishwasher and contact Blanco. In less than 24 hours they had a service man knocking on my door and Luke found problems very quicky and Blanco agreed to cover the costs.Thanks Luke and service staff at Blanco.

I just had Peter repair my oven. I had only two years ago used someone from one of those sites where you list your job. Turns out that he used cheap parts and here we are two years down the track replacing them again. This time with genuine parts, with an authorised repairer for not a lot more. I was really happy with the service and would definitely use them over unauthorized repairers again.

Professional! I was going to use another company but noticed that Advantage Appliances are the AUTHORISED Blanco service providers. They were brilliant! I nearly wasted $$$ on another company who were going to fix my oven with dodgy parts. Thank-you Advantage Appliances for being upfront, professional and fitting my oven with genuine parts!

Best place for BLANCO appliances SPARE PARTS. Also has technicians to install any parts they sell. Has the latest improved spare parts also. I was after door hinges for my wall oven and got the improved new ones.

Took my DeLonghi coffee machine not working - they repaired it but when took it home was still leaking. Reason for 5 stars was that, expecting the usual BS from a repair shop on taking it back, Advantage proved quite the opposite!! They did everything to find the fault, even buying a new milk jug and spending their time finding the fault - the best news was they did the additional work for NO cost to meVery happy customer. Well done Advantage for ur service too. RDR

Came out to see my 71 year old mum today and was rude to her from the second he arrived. He (Alex) was aggressive towards her and even made a comment when she was a little shocked at the quote to repair being a pensioner - 'it is a $5,000 oven, what do you expect!'. Maybe train your contractors on customer service and how it reflects on your business. What a disgrace to do that to an older woman!

Alex arrived on time, was personable and highly skilled. There were several issues with my Ilve oven, the oven element, the hinges and the ignition on the stove top. He was able to resolve all this efficiently in one visit. He replaced the ignition lead which a previous technician told me couldn’t be done because of the way the oven was plumbed in. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
