What an amazing centre for the re-homing of greyhounds.I went to Seymour on Monday to see if Righty would be a companion for my little dog Scamp, as he has little dog syndrome with bigger dogs.Righty was very placid, and even Scamp didn't seem to have an issue with him, unfortunately it was that really awful day and I didn't want to try to bring two dogs home in the back of the car what turned out to be a 3 or 4 hour drive.GAP website has all the Greyhounds available and at the moment there seem to be new ones everyday, I will be going again at the weekend so Scamp can pick a friend.

Lots of beautiful retired racing greyhounds to adopt from GAP who have been carefully assessed for compatibility for family life. Best to do your research on the GAP website before visiting to narrow your choice down. If visiting on Saturday, you need to make an appointment beforehand. We couldn't be happier with our new greyhound, Eddie, who has fitted smoothly into our household after only a week. Lovely, knowledgeable staff who will do their best to help you get a perfect match.

Can't rate the service, professionalism and dedication of GAP highly enough. They care so much about what they do and where these beautiful creatures end up living. Thank you to everyone who helped bring Charlie into my life.

I just called to ask for advice because my recently adopted dog has bitten a family member. The person on the phone didn't listen and hung up on me when I tried to explain the incident. What is going on? This unbelievably unprofessional, and careless. You need to take responsibility for the dogs. This is an accident waiting to happen. Terrible. I'm gutted.
