My carpets are amazing! Amanda’s customer service was great, so helpful in choosing what kind of carpet and what colour I needed. Gave lots of advice and came to the house to check it was all going to match and look great. Very easy company to deal with from choosing my product to the install.

Recently bought carpet from Joondalup Carpet Court and I encountered nothing but professionalism, friendliness and high level of product knowledge from Peter W, from the moment I walked into the store. I also recommend them for their good prices and communication with me at all times. He also arranged prompt carpet-laying that was done with no fuss, no mess and with lots of courtesy!

They were only to willing to help, very friendly staff.

Myself and wife decided to put some vinyl flooring in our apartment and chose Churchill carpets Hamilton boy was that the worst mistake of our life. Installation from the company that they use well I would be embarrassed if I was them I not even sure they are qualified,took three times to get the bathroom right used the wrong clue three times pretty dumb I know then we move to the kitchen well not much better vinyl planks have waves in them because they didn't prepare the floor properly, so if you want a whole lot of stress pick these people.

We visited Pullins at Rutherford and were had really positive experience initially, they were friendly, helpful, did a measure and quote the same day.The following day they called with a verbal price quote and I said yes proceed. We were told the following week Thursday or Friday the floors would be installed and they were provided with real estate contact details to organise collection of keys and to liaise with them.(as this was for an investment property) We were informed we’d receive the quote via email, this was not received.Almost a week after the stipulated install date, the floors had not been completed, so I called to follow up. On the phone they tell me that all 4 sales men didn’t know what I was talking about, and have no idea about the job and queried if I had the correct company.Eventually someone mentions our real estate (without me mentioning them, so someone knew about the job) While attempting to chase up our order with this new salesman, he suddenly recalls the job, wants to confirm the incorrect flooring and notices that he has sent the quote to the incorrect email address “my bad” he says.What seems like a minor issue to the sales team at Pullins cost us $570 in loss of rent. We had tenants waiting to move into the house, who ended up moving in before the floors had been installed.Disappointed with their service is an understatement.

Just got old carpet for mulch but very obliging
