Excellent customer service, and delivery.Was contemplating going to Port Macquarie for my appliances but so glad I decided to shop local. So much easier and staff were courteous and very helpful in my choice of appliances.

Absolutely terrible refill service, the last 3 refill attempts haven’t gone smoothly at all. We are on a scheduled delivery service and every 3 months. The last 12 months I’ve been dealing with failed deliveries (at least 3 in a row each time) leaving us to run extremely low on gas - less than 1/6 tank in our last remaining cylinder. I’m experiencing this again right now with 3 more attempts at this delivery. I don’t want to run out of gas, like I don’t want to run out of fuel??? And not to mention the customer service has been abrupt and defensive - I simply just want to not have to worry about running out of gas.Thank fully I’ve been checking after each “delivery” to confirm it hasn’t actually happened - because I’ve received no communication from Elgas to say it didn’t occur.

The whole ILve oven door was dropped off from the body when I dragged again. It almost directly hit on the toe of my wife and crushed it. It was happening 1 years ago and the door was replaced hence I don't believe it is quality issue but suspect it was the failure of your design or what I brought was a detective one. Your product can not even achieve the fundamental requirement - safety. That I spent $1400 to buy the panic of using dangerous oven. Let me know what can you do !

Cant go in due to corona pandemic. Sure there will be some good buys when restrictions ease

Amazing service great product and price

Was not happy about the customer service. My phone slipped into a 2 seater recliner, the worker didn't offer to help physically, well fair enough, she was not even bothered to advise how to get the phone out. A Karen faces doesn't help!

Terrible customer support. Was supposed to get a air fryer basket that came with our oven sent to us. We'll they go and send it to the wrong address and act like it's my fault. No willingness to help at all, 0 stars if I could!!

By far the most irresponsible company I have ever dealt with. They have zero absolutely zero customer service and product availability. Managers half asleep on a escalation and they genuinely don’t care about their customers. We are out of gas since Thursday and they did not refill in time and since then we are stuck without hot water or cooking in this festive season. Absolutely no regard for their customers. You should hear them over the phone. Script reading disappointing humans with no care. What a shame this company is really. Reporting them to the Energy Ombudsman today.
