Do your research online first. Good service for click and collect, but they were out of merino thermals and guy then tried to sell me sythetic ones. Seemed to have less idea on their effectiveness vs merino ones than I did! Never promote sythetic for anything colder than autumn indoors.

Floor staff very friendly and helpful. Manager Kym however needs some serious lessons in good customer service. Very rude, phoned me after I returned a jacket when the zip disentigrated after 7 weeks of light use. Blamed my user error for it breaking but said she would replace out of good will" but wouldn't if happened again. Alternatively suggested I could purchase a more expensive jacket. Safe to say I just went and got a refund and went and purchased a better quality/priced jacket from a competitor with better service."

I have purchased several items from Soartd recently and have put them to the test with 100% satisfaction. The quality of Soartd garments are far better than any of the high profile hiking clothing brands that I have previously purchased. Furthermore you are buying an Australian designed product that is reasonably priced. Service and delivery is A1. Well packaged and delivery tracking can be monitored from dispatch to your door. I highly recommend Soartd clothing to anyone who enjoys not just hiking but outdoor activities.

Had a bad experience with the store manager (tessa) she was very rude and condescending, i asked her for simple customer service and was met with blunt and rude remarks about what i was interested in, will never be coming back to this store or any other macpac locations. I see other bad reviews about this lady on here also, they are similar to my situation, macpac please sort out this issue, i dont believe she embodies the value of this store.

I run a nature based Family Day Care on the Far South Coast of NSW. We usually spend a LOT of time outside in almost all weather. Giving the children the appropriate clothing to suit the weather they are in is important. What they wear on rainy days can make or break a child’s ability to engage fully in their play/work. I have found the Elke rain suits to be perfect for our needs. The sizings are generous and the braces, side waist snaps, wide elastic to keep the legs down and over the boot. They work well for us.End of the day I just give them a quick hose if they are really muddy and pop them in the washing machine and they are as good as new. My very first suit I bought from MK Nordika is still going strong and it hasn’t ripped.I have a fabulous relationship with Marie. She is very knowledgeable about her products and has never steered me wrong. I am particular about buying quality items especially when it comes to what the children use. It have never been let down and Marie goes above and beyond.Highly recommend Marie from MK Nordika.
