Monkfish restaurant

I usually don't like posting reviews but this case I will make exception.Positive first: nice clean food.Improvements:- attitude of staff especially the guy seems to be manager.- treat customer with respect.- listen to customer don't just be transactional. I know people are busy but this shop is not even close to be busy of what good customer service I have received in the past.Example: I had 15 dollar cash. I ordered a grill fish. 4.30 change. I asked if you can give me some salad on the side for this money. The guy didn't even listen to me and assumed I was asking him his regular portion of salad for that price. I know shops can refuse that but just listen what customer is saying. You easily ket it go 4.30 just not listening to tou customer.

Staff are friendly and good manners also good services and the food were absolutely delicious and recommended to everyone!

First time customer, will not be coming back. Ordered the octopus, and did not get what the menu says. Feel ripped off. $16 for 6 legs of a little octopus.

I regularly get grilled fish and salad here and it's very nice. They can take a bit too long when they are busy but still OK. They have their own little outdoor eating area or you can eat in the food court.

So I ordered fish and salad first of all no tartare sauce not even 1. We also ordered fish cocktails and chips and again not even 1 little sauce. Like i understand everyone is struggling but damn not even 1.I asked if I could change the garden salad to something else as I am allergic to tomatoes and the lady Gave me a weird look and said it's extra.i said I will pay but she wouldn't start packing till I paid and 3 bux just to change the salad type is a but much. Also there was a black hair in the salad the older lady gave me a look again but my hair is green so definitely not mine. They did replace it.Other than that the fish was nice.

Tasty fishy and chips, a little expensive than most places paid around $32 for this plate

$85 uber order and we are disappointed to the coreThe 6 grilled prawns for $16-$17 was not the full prawn in the shell , they were 6 baby peeled prawns from a frozen packet.Ummm rip-off I was staring at that for a good few minutes trying to get my head through itGrilled barramundi was soggy and had that ugly fishy taste , usually you can taste the herbs and marinatingThe grilled squid was soggyAnd most importantly, our small Greek salad came with no fetta cheese can someone explain?We usually very considerate with orders during covid as we know all businesses have been affected , but that was an absolute rip-off and no value for money. I could give a zero star if i could. Terrible owner, terrible customer service. He accused a 5 year old boy of stealing just because he grabbed a sauce to use for the meals that we’ve already paid for. Obviously he didn’t know that he had to pay for the petty sauces. Ridiculous thing to say to a family with kids just paid for 3 big meals. Never coming back again.

Ordered through Uber Eats. The grilled baramundi, octopus, calamari and chips were on point. I will be ordering this meal again! Delcious!!!
