I always have a pleasant experience at Macpac whether in the Melb CBD or Collingwood shops. Staff know their product and from my experience, are always helpful. The products are of great quality which is why I have so much of Macpac.

Love the knowledgeable and helpful staff .Except for staff member Christine. We were shopping for nearly 3 hours at the store. She was not just rude and unhelpful towards us but every customer that walked up to her cheerfully. A smile will go a long way! Understandable if you were having a bad day but I hope you spread some cheer ESP. around Xmas time ! :) Cheers.

Excellent service. Store was busy but the assistant noticed we were waiting, came across straight away, and helped us. When we couldn't find what we were after, she also looked to see where else we could find them. We didn't close a sale but that's only because they were out of stock...their customer service is great

Excellent service! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. And the only place that sells baby winter clothing and gear. The packs are extremely well made. If you join their club for free you get up to 40% off full priced items.

In and out with exactly what I wanted. Felt assured and not pushed to get the most expensive items but the most appropriate items for the specific hike I have planned. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff. Will definitely return for future needs

Great service! I was helped by Alex for a pair of everyday hiking shoes. It was busy but she managed to help a couple of customers at once. She was definitely knowledgeable about the range & what would suit your needs...she was helping a lady that was going on a proper hiking adventure & got all the relevant information to get her the best fit. I'd recommend seeing her to get yourself fitted out. Great clearance range too.
