Initial experience was bad, the person didn't come and help and caused a few issues for us but after fantastic service from Goulburn's towing service (Daniel is brilliant), we had Brad come and help us out and he was fantastic. Very friendly and efficient, we were on are way in no time.

I called them , the waiting time was over 90 mins to 3 hours in middle of city , cmon you guys charge us for service then do it , I understand if you stuck in middle of no where but in city , where NRMA office was just at corner. Huge disappointed
