Great store with superb camping gear. I picked up a good bargain on the clearance rack at the back of the shop, so don't forget to take a look there.

We went there to swap the jacket we purchased in Sydney. The staff were very friendly and very professional. There was a confusion about the price difference but they clarified it being very calm and very professional. Also, they appolised for the mess that was created due to another staff in Sydney.Overall, it was nice experience.

I had rang up the previous afternoon to enquire about a jacket. The lady i spoke to was very helpful and informative. She put the jacket away for me to collect the following morning. The young man was helpful as well. Great jacket!

Went there to buy tent supplies, the fella was super friendly and double checked that I got the right things to make my tent waterproof again. Would recommend!

Haven’t been more disappointed by customer service in my life. Went to buy hiking boots in store rather than online to support local business, even though store prices more expensive. Was pointedly ignored by 3 staff members for 20 minutes while trying on shoes, even when I waved and kept eye contact while holding up the shoes indicating I needed assistance. The staff members just kept chatting at the counter ignoring all customers in the store - one staff member even went and blew an inflatable mattress and laid down on the floor on it for a few minutes only a few meters away from me.I finally gave up and ordered the $400 scarpa hiking boots online for $50 cheaper.
