Volkswagen dealer

I did an annual service for my Tiguan on Monday. And the report said the battery is checked and good. Then on Tuesday when I drove the car, it showed the EPC warning signal. On Wednesday I was not able to turn on the engine.Then I called road assistance to take my car to the service center. They checked my battery and said the battery is dead. They charged me $700 on the replacement.I asked why the battery was dead after the service and they replied it is normal, yesterday battery is good but tomorrow can have issue. But before the service, the car was good and did not see any warning signal related to the battery. They had no answer on it.

Stay away from their servicing department, they tried to charge me 12k advising my engine needed a full rebuild, I was dubious and received a second opinion. Ended up having the issue fixed for 2.5k and no rebuild was required. check out sommer car care instead.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2023 Toyota Corolla from Rockdale VW and I must say I have high regard for Aladdin and the rest of the team.Aladdin was polite, respectful and created a pleasurable car buying experience through and through. It is not your average dealership experience; his work ethic and attitude is ever more reason to do business at Rockdale VW.I will certainly look to speak with Aladdin in future when I am in the market for a new car.

Friendly, honest and caring. The Darren’s will look after you and give you no bull advice. They care about their customers and have always looked after me. They are friendly and helpful. There has never been too much trouble. Would I recommend them to others, Yes I would, if more company’s had the ethos of this one we would be so much better off. They service all of my cars and have done so for many a year.

Had return our Kuga after service to get lose bolts tighten and rates fix up

Rude unhelpful sales and service. After $1000's spent on miss diagnosed and without a car for months. We decided to try trading in on a new car. Only to get rude and unhelpful comments about our car being worth nothing. A 4 year sentence of bad manners and poor management. Was all we received from Bundaberg Volkswagen.Sorry you couldn't do better we are loyal customers who didn't deserve to be treated like this.Kev

Worst business I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They are smug, unhelpful and incapable. They have never fixed any warranty problem and the back up service is non existent . They also took no responsibility for the extra damage done to my vehicle while there. Do yourself a favour and stay away. I would give a negative star if that was an option.

A big thanks to Kurt, Tom and the whole team for their great service and advice over the past few years. I made the switch after some bad experiences with dealer servicing and have never looked back. Just had my Skoda in for a routine service and some repairs and it's now running like new again having done almost 150,000km's. Well done guys.

I don’t understand the negativity.. I do understand that sometimes issues and problems happen. It’s easy to look for someone to blame when your car is up the creek.I have absolute high regard for Southern classic cars VW service. Mitch has been a fantastic example for which other dealerships should learn. Don’t get me wrong you expect to pay a certain premium when dealing with any dealership. I’m happy to pay providing the job gets done well. And that’s what I’ve had the experience of here.Whenever I’ve had issues throughout my car range Mitch and his team and service has gone above and beyond. Even sourcing cheaper parts to help get me out of pickle.I would highly recommend Mitch and his team.
