Great place to hire a space to meet your clients, run a workshop from. I hired an office space here to run a social impact global online event and a great office to provide my one-to-one consulting service clients. The owner and team went above and beyond to provide meet my needs, which meant the online event went off without a hitch. Great customer service and help from the Exchange Workspaces staff, including the wonderful staff at the onsite cafe BlackGold. Could not recommend highly enough!

Exchange Workspace has everything you need for business and is truly a lovely place to work. The location is conveniently close to the train station if you want to jet into town and parking is good with plenty of 2P around to share. :) The meeting rooms are very neat and also in the shared desk spaces you can choose to go hard, or from time to time have a nice chat. Echange Workspace you are awesome.

Exchange Workspaces Richmond is home. The community is engaging, friendly and productive. The space is excellent & well maintained. We base a team of 15 here as a Melbourne hub and are able to host team meetings, meet up 1n1 and provide group training. Gary and the team deserve 5 stars for the efforts to maintain and build this community.

Highly recommended ! Best office around ! Our team of 4 staff worked at Exchange Workspace Richmond for nearly a year. It was a fantastic environment. Super friendly staff/management + very easy to park + attached to an amazing cafe (big shout out to the guys at Black Gold for their amazing food + coffee) I'm very happy we found Exchange, it was so much more than an office for us, it was a supportive networking environment that really did help our start-up business to grow. They also hold many cool events in the amazing space they have !

On the 22nd of October 2019 I had a very impressive experience hosting at business conference at Exchange Workspaces Richmond. We were greeted upon arrival with a professional and friendly service and were showed to our space. The space contained everything we needed and more including; WIFI, very comfortable chairs, spacious table, clear, large TV monitors to connect our computers to, whiteboard and markers and privacy for confidentiality. We were also able to access tea, coffee, access to a full kitchen and the bonus was access to a delicious cafe situated in the building as well. I highly recommend this space for any meetings or for a space to work in. A very impressive experience.

I worked here for 6 months whilst living in the area and it was exactly what I was looking for. The plans were flexible and the staff were so accomodating of my working circumstances (I like to work from home some days and from the Workspace on others). I did quite a bit of research and this was one of the more affordable options in the area. The facilities were great - printers, kitchen, meeting rooms and of course the cafe. Great cold brew and lovely staff cafe staff. Would recommend!

I booked the Exchange Workspaces Richmond boardroom while on travels in Melbourne. Needed to get some work done and so I did. It felt like home away from Home. Home office that is.Management were super nice, facilities are great and the catering options delicious. Thanks team!

Such a lovely team at Exchange Workspaces Richmond. We book their meeting rooms for our monthly offsite and nothing is too much trouble. The meeting room facilities are brilliant and the Black Gold Catering is simply amazing. Highly recommend!!!

I enjoy working at Exchange. . It's a real 'Richmond' experience working in the converted warehouse interior with the modern furnishings. The facilities are great. Nothing is ever a problem for the staff who are super accommodating. I particularly enjoy ordering coffee or lunch from the adjoining café, and it's brought to my desk...love it.
