As a result of not having my concerns listened to, or at least validated by my Audi dealership, I phoned around almost all of Perth’s European specialist repair workshops, and in doing so, I was told by competitors to VA Technik, that if you own an Audi, Jamey at VA Technik is the guy to go to in Western Australia! To hear this from other specialist workshops, speaks volumes and is testament to VA Technik’s reputation in Perth. I only wish I had found out about VA Technik earlier, rather than continue to deal with the local Audi dealership, from whom I had purchased my vehicle.Jamey and the staff at VA Technik are highly professional, friendly, and have had expert specialist training not only in Australia, but also in Europe with master technicians. In a short space of time, I had total confidence in Jamey and his expertise. My stress levels immediately lowered, and I could relax. I knew intuitively I was in safe and reliable hands. As a female owner/driver, Jamey was very patient with me, took the time to do a test drive, assess and diagnose my concerns very quickly (and not the standard dealership response; ‘we couldn’t replicate’). He was able to identify issues, I had been struggling to have recognised or even acted upon by Audi.VA Technik’s invoice for both the time spent and the work carried out was highly competitive and substantially lower than the dealership’s pricing. So much so, that we now also take my husband’s Audi vehicle to VA Technik for servicing also. Save yourself loads of $$$ and instead grab yourself a great coffee in the local Osborne Park area not far from the workshop.I am attaching to this review, a photo, which shows a broken bolt installed on the last service (by you guessed it) – the Audi dealership. This was one of the things that VA Technik rectified for me during service of my vehicle. VA Technik also returned my vehicle to me in exactly the same condition as when I dropped the vehicle off, which regrettably was not the case on my very last service with Audi!!

Excellent attention to detail and customer service. Recommended to me by a friend and I will definitely be back. I am loving the stage 1 on the S3 and the replacement front brakes were half the price of the dealership. I even had the owner Jamie working on my car and his passion is contagious. These guys do a proper job!
