Searched for months without success throughout five States to have my classic car's steering wheel recovered in stitched leather and found New Life Repair Services who did a fantastic job in a super fast time and at a reasonable cost. It looks great and was worth sending it on a 4,000 km round trip by Australia Post. Highly recommend them for their service, quality and professionalism.

Excellent service with very friendly person. Had a car service to one of the mechanic but I was not that satisfied as they will straight away tells to repair but, when I went here, I am fully satisfied. Pramesh bro is a very good mechanic and knows how to handle a things well. He just does what the car needs. So, I will fully recommend this place. You will never regret once you give your car there.

I did an annual service for my Tiguan on Monday. And the report said the battery is checked and good. Then on Tuesday when I drove the car, it showed the EPC warning signal. On Wednesday I was not able to turn on the engine.Then I called road assistance to take my car to the service center. They checked my battery and said the battery is dead. They charged me $700 on the replacement.I asked why the battery was dead after the service and they replied it is normal, yesterday battery is good but tomorrow can have issue. But before the service, the car was good and did not see any warning signal related to the battery. They had no answer on it.

I’ve been taking my Subaru to Techworkz for many years and highly recommend them to anyone who loves their Subaru and wants it looked after by trustworthy mechanics.

Got 4 x tyres changed and 1 one them literally popped 3 weeks later - no response to emails to rectify the issue either. Stay clear of these guys

So many issues but basic summary is the customer service team don't know anything about vehicles and can't communicate between techs and customers. Ask them to fix something and they want to book it in 4 weeks in advance for an inspection and then have to wait another 4 weeks to have it fixed. Often what's asked to be fixed isn't done (techs are away, customer service didn't communicate the issue correctly etc.). Customer service team act dumb... probably not their fault because they don't know anything about cars. All in all, extremely frustrating and I've been I good customer for the last 5 years after purchasing the vehicle from Pacific Ford but I won't go back

Friendly and professional services provided. Most importantly, the service price was less than expected. I can recommend Pro Automotive to all, and i will certainly use them again.
