Whilst passing through Bairnsdale, we suddenly developed an issue with our VW Transporter van and had to urgently find a garage to assess it. The staff at the Big Garage could not have been more helpful. The gave us a cup of tea and he papers to read, in the lounge area, whilst we waited for someone to take our van for a drive to assess the problem. There ended up being no issue with the van (the weird noise near the wheel vanished) but we were reassured and they did not charge us a cent. I would recommend them as being professional, helpful and kind!

Acknowledging great customer service skills of staff member - Jonah, who ensured I was treated as a valued customer. His kind, respectful manner was evident when he offered & made me a coffee while waiting for my VW Golf issue to be assessed. When he returned he showed me a video on his phone what the issue was. We then rebooked the car for repair & organised a loan car. This complex situation was handled in a quiet confident professional manner, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you Jonah.
