Best service I have ever received from any tyre place! While sorting out a payment issue with my bank they offered to waive my puncture repair fee. I still paid for their service but its people like these guys that deserve repeat customers! They'll certainly be getting my business again as I have pretty bad luck with tyres in general!Thanks guys!

After a really atrocious incident with Toyota Scarborough Beach, we walked away from Toyota for 40 years. Toyota Broome, however has given me reasons to reconsider Toyota customer service. Craig went beyond in his customer care for us.

Got 4 x tyres changed and 1 one them literally popped 3 weeks later - no response to emails to rectify the issue either. Stay clear of these guys

Pre-purchase inspection for a used car I wanted to buy (Forester). Staff were friendly, and very accommodating.I asked, and was allowed to be in the passenger seat when they test drove the vehicle, which i was grateful for. Inspection report was explained to me in detail.The inspection didn't include an ODB2 scan by default, but i asked about it, and before i knew it they had pulled out the scanner and given me a print-out of the results for no extra charge.Great staff, service and results.I ended up buying the car, and at the time of writing this review, I have no regrets.

A very honest, polite and genuine in checking the issue and gave a very good advice. I called to inquire my timing chain replacement, the owner asked to come on weekend so he could check before giving a quote. He looked throughly the condition and advised to seek for my dealer's deal as they might give some extra cover. I told him what my dealer quote for me (dealer will pay for the parts) and suggested me to go with the dealer to fix it.Would definitely recommend him for others.

This was the second time I had dealt with this company , the last time was in twenty nineteen. Alex, the Manager of the store went out of his way to help me. I could not afford to replace the tyres on my SUV with the same brand as they were extortionately expensive . Alex keeps his word! I thoroughly recommend them , Mike
