This business had my car for less than an hour to check codes on why my rear doors wouldn’t open and charged me $175 in labour.Go to your actual dealership, they will never charge you to check codes.Rip off. Great business model.UPDATE: Fixed the doors myself by changing the fuses that burnt out.Great. Business. Model.

I initially contacted Mark for advice on improving the performance of my Mini. He was great - really helpful, knowledgeable, straightforward - and he and the team then installed a new intake system. They did a great job, they use only the best parts, and they did precisely what they said they would. I’ll be a repeat customer. Highly recommend!

So my 2015 3 Series began leaking coolant, luckily I was close to home so I parked it up and called a mobile mechanic. For around the price he estimated in labour just to get to the problem and then give me a full quote, BM completed the job.The tow truck dropped it off to them on Friday arvo and I was back on the road the road Monday arvo. They also serviced my car and did the rear brakes. Considering that when I booked it in they said that they were pretty much booked up but they'd get to it between jobs, I was very happy.
