Dror is the best stove repairer. He knows what he's doing. He's friendly, turns up on time and gets the job done efficiently. I recommend him very highly to anyone.

Absolutely brilliant! I purchased a Scandia heater a couple of weeks back and I am loving it. Customer service was great and friendly staff who were quick to help with any questions I needed answering. Nothing too big or small. Highly recommend. Love our Wooshka!! Perfect for camping, we cook all our meals on it and then it makes a great firepit. Bought it for camping but now have it set up for weekend cooking at home as well.

Love our Wooshka and how much it can do! Hubby is always outside cooking or smoking something and the kids love making smores. Our neighbour often pops his head over to help sample the goods after the smell wafts over his fence.If we had room we would buy another, especially at such an affordable price point.

I can't for the life of me understand why Bunnings would stock Scandia products. I bought a wood heater and it is impossible to find anyone to install it. No plumbers want to go anywhere near them. Add to that the fact that they (and Bunnings) are no help when looking to order more parts. I needed flue extensions. They recommended some. I waited 2 weeks for them and then They were the wrong ones! Now it's another 2 weeks for me to wait. Unbelievable. I haven't even installed it yet and would refer you to other reviews of their heaters....Which are not positive.

Disgraceful. Our brand new heater worked for a week and then stopped working. The pilot light would start but the gas would not come on. Scandia customer service has been terrible and tried to blame us for the flu configuration which totally complies with their installation drawing. They do not respond to phone calls and the staff were bumbling and incompetent. I agree with the last review, do not fall for the cheap price, buy from a reputable supplier.
