I need an LCA before getting a permit from the local council. I was very impressed with Chris' entire process, from the first time contacting him to the completion of the LCA Report. Later, Chris introduced me to get the second report from his friend's circle, which I needed before submitting two things to the council. Finally, today I received the permit from the council. Chris was wonderful. He did the LCA much faster than all the other companies who i contacted said they would, by quite a big margin. From the first contact, chris made me feel like the report for my property was a priority, and that he was doing everything possible to get it done quickly and well. I dont know much about building or waste systems, and chris was extremely friendly, warm and approachable. I wanted a system that is almost never used, a reed bed for treating grey water, and chris was open, warm and enthusiastic about it at all times, not conservative and discouraging, which many professionals can be. Chris tried hard to think of ways to save me money with the system that i wanted, and made a suggestion that will probably save me about $6000.
