My husband went to get his iPhone fixed there (broken screen) it didn't function after that. They charged over $200! When he went back they said they fixed it, but it still didn't work. He ended up purchasing a new phone because of this and then bought a new case for it. The new case didn't work. It wouldn't use facial recognition and he couldn't use speaker phone. The case was $110. He went back to return it and they said no. When we showed it had a warranty - they said contact the email. After we contacted the email they said we had to have the original packaging and receipt. We gave that, and they still said no. Then they said we had to have proof of purchasing a second case!!! We had that too and they still said no. I am going to report, contact whoever I can because at this point it's about the principal not the money!!! But I want that back too!!!So it's a scam! The shop says contact email - only for the email to say the shop said no!!! SCAMMERS!!!Look at that warranty policy...no time frame, no parameters...because they don't honor it!!!!

I was hoping to get an iPhone screen protector installed, but was looking for a place with the special machine that does it perfectly I hate bubbles! I shouldn’t have doubted the staff member who served me. She did it by hand, but it was perfect, absolutely perfect!

Very helpful staff - replaced a phone cover that was causing problems with night photos even though it was a bit used and pasted it exchange period. Thank you.

I had a tempered glass screen cover fitted. The staff member took great care to ensure that there wasn't even one speck of dust under the cover.The price was great value.I'd definitely recommend them.

Very happy with customer service! Honest, very affordable compared to others, replaced my daughters cracked iPad screen.

They claim to be able to repair phones, however they can't do much more than fit a new screen, not very useful

My daughter went to go get her screen replaced for her iPhone 7+ a few hours later, her phone started glitching and showing these random lights, I don’t recommend these people they charged $125 btw

A group of closed mind staff here, very judgmental and shallow. Just do what you should be doing instead of judge where are your customers from, let me tell you we all come from a planet called Earth. And we all belong to one specie named human beings.
