Leichhardt Park Aquatic Centre

I recently attended this venue as an out of area visitor. My review is aimed mainly at the service of the staff.I had some misunderstandings on the day regarding facility use and Paula and her team really made efforts not only to put up with my impatience with superb customer service but offer a solution for my problem with clarity and good will.Would be so great of more public centers were staffed with such good calibre customer service, will definitely return if ever in the area

The place is quite nice. Unfortunately impossible to get the kids into swim school here for 2 years in a row. Outside of swim school hours the individual pools are randomly closed or occupied for classes that are not advertised. You just have to show up and ask at the counter, noting that they don't always know what's going on because you've got to get in first and ask the supervisor.

Spent Endless summers here as a child right through to the present, Now Grandparenthood.Was a member of the Diving Squad, completed my Gold Medallion there amongst many of my friends whom also frequently still visit.Guaranteed I'll run into some old friend for a chat, Leichhardt Pool, Now known as Leichhardt Aquatic Centre is not only a fitness and swimming hub. It's also a meeting point for friends and familues, young and old.

Hi, many times before at 12:30 Friday the 21st I entered the reception to a rather large line. The ladies on the front desk are talking to customers and as I have a pass and without being rude and gently scanned the the card and went for the gate. PS I was happy and acknowledging people on the way through. Check your CCTV. The ladies at the front desk started screaming both together how rude I was and I was in to do that. I can't imagine what the purpose of having a passes is for if not to avoid long lines. The two ladies at the front desk screaming at me . I was so embarrassed and dumbfounded. I then went to the pool and asked at least 10 other swimmers what is a reaction was from the ladies at the front desk .not surprised to find that rude aggressive was the general reaction from the people I asked. I have heard similar events happen from friends of mine who go to the pool gym, but this is the first time that ever happened to me. I'll be ready next time with my camera and I will be posting it social media.Absolute terrible customer service and just disgusting to scream. Add another person like they did.

Refreshing views outdoor pool.freindly lifeguard .the area envirement found it very dry people they to smile and chill out.the coffe wasn't a great taste .also need to have a freindlier customer service. The pool in the morning most of it is empty find it rediculas that we cant swim till 11 30. Its winter we need indoor .

Perfect for a hot day unfortunately due to lack of staff, the 'mushroom' pool is always closed, most the pools were used up for classes other than the baby/toddler pool. For $20 a family there isn't really anywhere to splash and have fun

A great asset to the area. Nice grounds, six pools to choose from. Provides many classes for young and old, cafe has great food and coffee even with snail latte art!

This is one of best aquatic centres. Love the set up of 3 outdoor and 3 indoor pools. Nicely set above the Parramatta river. Always have lovely summer days here.

I’ve had a back injury that causes constant pain, and I’ve been coming here daily to use the hydrotherapy pool. This place is saving my sanity, the only time I am comfortable is in the pool. The staff are friendly and the facilities are great. Highly recommend if you are looking to get back into swimming or fitness. Kid friendly and a great location.

Played a lot of fun underwater rugby here over the years. Always good vibes and friendly service. People at the front desk are also quite lovely and the centre has happily supported our lovely and funny little sport over the years. The outdoor pools are especially lovely in the summer. Highly recommend.
