Best jeweller around! They take pride in their work, they really care about their customers and providing honest advice and the best outcome. This is the only jeweller I will go to now, after receiving sub-par work from others. Thank you NY2K for the consistently top class service!

I am absolutely overwhelmed by the fantastic final outcome of my remodelled engagement ring. I was dealing with Daniel throughout the whole process. I told him what I liked and showed him a few images of similar designs so that he could get some ideas. Daniel made suggestions of what could be done and drew up a sketch of what he thought i would like and also sent me autocad images of the design. It was exactly what i wanted and approved the design. The jeweller/s did a fantastic when job remodelling my original ring into my dream ring. When I got the call to come and pick up my ring, I could not believe how beautiful it turned out. I will definitely recommend Class A Jewellers and use them for any future jewellry that I may want to get for myself or grandchildren.

If I could give less than one star I would, unfortunately a very negative experience with Wallace Bishop Carindale. My watch had a flat battery and was dropped off on the 11th of that month. The staff said it would be ready in a week and we paid up front $215. A week passed and I was confident that the watch must be ready so we contacted Wallace Bishop twice and both times they said they would call back and they never did.We then left it for a week thinking that it must be ready, when I spoke with them they said it would not be ready for another week and that we would be able to pick it up next month! I left it and rang again in a couple of weeks only to be informed that it was still not ready. Again promises were made by Wallace Bishop that they would ring and they never did. Eventually almost a month to the day the watch was ready to be picked up. When I picked it up, the repairs manager stated that the glass face of the watch had been broken by them but it had been repaired, as though that was something to be grateful for. To summarise, I would not recommend Wallace Bishop to have your watched fixed, save yourself a whole lot of time and hassle and go to your local jeweler, who will probably do it in half the time, at half the price and will not require you to pay upfront for poor service.

They went above and beyond for me under circumstances they didnt have to and I cant thank them enough. They are very professional but also care for there customers and make sure there needs and happiness come first. My ring looks as good as new and I couldn't be happier. Thank you ladies.

Very poor watch repair skills and cheep, low quality repair materials. Wasn't able to recognize eco-drive watch and was arguing with me that my 10 year old(!!!) eco-drive citizen watch purchased from authorized retailers with citizen trademark and clear writting on the dial 'Eco-drive' 50m waterproof has a quartz battery - LOL!!! Replaced cracked glass. After 3 days it become loose and fell out somwhere in water compleatly destroying my watch. Refused refund, called me a liar and accused me of deliberately smashing the glass!!!! Seriously??? Rediculous. Lucky it was very old watch and I didn't care much about the outcome. However I do not suggest anyone to use his services unless it's a watch you can afford to destroy and loose repair money.

My family and I have shopped at Matthews Jewellers for years and have always loved their jewellery. All the ladies are lovely, offer great services and prices. Would definitely recommend and will keep coming back!

Went to the store today 29/12/2022 at 1pm to see about having a bracelet (purchased for a Christmas gift) resized. The man and woman were doing nothing standing in an empty shop giggling to each other. He seemed much more interested in her than offering any customer service and gave us such attitude when we questioned why they hadn’t answered the phone all morning that my partner just wanted to return the bracelet. He offered very vague advice on whether or not the bracelet could even be resized and seemed like he just wanted us to leave so he could get back to talking with the girl. I have never encountered such poor customer service that once our $800 Christmas vouchers are spent, I don’t think I will ever shop there again.
