Swann Insurance

Have just converted my single bike insurance into a multi bike policy and the price and cover is outstanding. Kylie from Swann was extremely helpful and friendly and bundled everything up into the one policy whilst tailoring it to suit me with both coverage and cost in mind . Great customer service… couldn’t fault it !

Cancels my policy (i'm a Learner) with out telling me. This started as my card had expired (which is a lie, it was due to expire the next month). No phone call made to me. They say they sent a text - My message history says different. They apparently sent a letter - haven't received any letter from Swann ever. I had been with them for over a year and had never received a single Letter.So no phone call was made to tell me my insurance policy had been cancelled. I had been riding around for 6 weeks as a Learner with out insurance.If you're hoping to find an insurer who's call center is here in Australia, don't bother with Swann - They don't even use telephones it appears. They like to cancel your policy with out notification because oh we have 200k customers

Been with Swann for over 2 years now, had no issues with them along the way. When I did have to claim insurance, they were fast, clear and settled the claim without any hiccups. Will surely come back again.

Despite higher purchase price, Swann didn't allow me to insure my DT 175 for fair market value but mentioned it put the request forward to 'management'.Never heard back from 'management' but bike got stolen and salvaged in the meantime.Agreed value: $2,032Excess: Basic $400 + Theft $300 + Special Excess" $300 = 1

Very happy with Swann. They settled my not atfault claim only 3 weeks after I got smashed into. Paid agreed value & I didn’t have to pay any excess..Then just recently they phoned to say that incorrect calculation of old premium of 3 years ago & they will refund me $199! Which will pay for most of my new policy on my new bike!! Super duper!!

Attractive tariff unfortunately balanced by a poor, poor customer service (phone, website) living in the last century! “And if you are not happy about us, please contact us by FAX!!!!!!!

They don’t even deserve one star. Always happy to take your money but when it’s time to pay you out they will do everything to get out of it. They will also try to get you to pay for assessments that they’re supposed to be paying.

OMG , I always thought Swann Insurance was fair and offered good priced motorbike insurance but now they really get my 5 star tick of approval. After reviewing their policy holders insurance (past and present) they noticed that there had been an error in my account policy. So what u say, well it's been around 3yrs since I held a policy with Swann insurance, I was so sceptical that I rang them to advise that scammers were using their brand name to skim money from people. This was not the case, they verified that they owed me $116.00 for a mistake 3yrs ago. Thankyou Swann insurance.Go on tell me what other company does that!!!!!

Totally disgusted by this insurance company so far.I was hit from behind while stationary at a stop sign so there is no way I was at fault and yet they send me a letter demanding I pay the $500 excess.

Have only been with Swann for just under 6 months. Thankfully I haven’t had to make any claims. The customer service over the phone was sensational. Made everything really straight forward and easy. Pricing is very competitive also.
