Thanks to Frank and Fang for helping us choose the right piano for our son.Highly recommended for their professional advices and friendly customer service.Frank is so helpful with his wide range of knowledge on different pianos. The piano was delivered in a week. The after sell services was excellent too. He came on a Saturday after work to deliver the complementary items included in the package deal.Looking forward to trading in and upgrading in a few years.

Joe Lever and his team are friendly, genuine, passionate and very knowledgeable. After first visiting Winston Music and PianoMax we were left with more questions than answers. Joe filled in all the gaps as he was the only one who gave us a non biased opinion of different makes and models. We went with a second hand Japanese built mini grand and are extremely happy with our purchase!

They recently moved mum’s mini grand piano to her new house. The guys were professional, friendly, and accommodating. They took great care to position the piano in the right spot and even put it on castors. I would highly recommend them. Thank you guys.

We love Pat and Simon. These guys know their stuff and thei studio is state of the art! I love their enthusiasm, their professionalism and their honesty. They only want what is best for you when you record with them, not just because you have booked time with them but also because they are good at what they do! Their recording packages are so affordable! And they are so accommodating. I'd say, artisan studio is a studio we would invest in, what they offer compared to the results they give.. they truly deserve more!! We've learnt so much working with them and we just can't wait to get back into the studio again!! Some places are world class but what can make the experience unpleasant...is the relationship between artist and producer.. these guys are world class and they truly make you feel valuable and empowered and never small and ignorant. Highly recommended and best studio in Perth !!

David tuned my piano recently and did a brilliant job. He not only fixed some stuck keys but the piano sounds better than it has in years. Very polite and professional, and reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Such a fantastic experience with Matthias and his team. I contacted them through gumtree and received a response straight away. The piano was serviced, tuned and polished and delivered to me the next day even though I live a little out of Canberra. The delivery was seamless, especially for a house with a small entry and hallways. I am thrilled with my new purchase. Piano rescuers Canberra do such fantastic work to provide high quality instruments at extremely reasonable prices. It is great to know I can give a new life to a used piano and thanks to Matthias and his team it sounds like it is brand new off the show room floor.
