Thanks to Frank and Fang for helping us choose the right piano for our son.Highly recommended for their professional advices and friendly customer service.Frank is so helpful with his wide range of knowledge on different pianos. The piano was delivered in a week. The after sell services was excellent too. He came on a Saturday after work to deliver the complementary items included in the package deal.Looking forward to trading in and upgrading in a few years.

We had a fantastic experience at Piano Fantasy! We were buying our first piano for our son. Frank was very helpful and professional. He was knowledgeable and assisted us greatly as we went there with no knowledge of which piano we should buy. Frank helped us by explaining the different product ranges and guiding us to choose the right one. Frank was very fast replying to all our questions friendly and patiently. Piano was delivered on the 3rd day and assembled professionally and carefully.Great product range, great price and great customer service. Highly recommended.

We visited the Piano Fantasy in June 2021, and was very impressed with how beautiful it is set up. The shop presents very well with a variety of pianos ranging from upright piano to grand piano, elegant and classic. We are also very grateful of how professional the staff are. Frank and Fang are both friendly, kind, honest people, with great experience and knowledge of all ranges of piano and their recommendation to us perfectly suits our needs.As we located in regional NSW, we are always a little bit concern about delivery. However, Frank and Fang made sure that there was definitely hassle free. They kindly schedule the delivery which works around us while we are building our new house, as wish to have the piano delivered when the house is completed. The communication is so easy and pleasant and we could not be happier with the purchase.The elegant Pearl River baby Grand piano turned up last weekend, and it fitted in so well. The quality of the piano, and beautiful sound and the incredible craftsmanship are all beyond our expectation.
