Great team, great service

Dean got in touch very quickly after I posted on Hipages that i needed help with my ducted heating. He talked through the issues with me over the phone and ran through some potential options before even coming out. It was really helpful and way more than I got from the other companies i spoke to, and it immediately made me feel comfortable with Dean and the quality of his service and that he wasn't trying to rip me off. I ended up having to get the whole unit replaced, I got a few other quotes and Dean's was the best, he also got me booked in super quickly.Zach and Jackson came out to do the replacement and they were lovely guys, it now works well, looks good, and they cleaned up perfectly.All in all a good experience with Double D and I would call them again.

I called for a domestic electrician helping me replace powerpoint last week but the receptionist forgot to write down my number and address so i wasted a whole working day waiting. When i call them back they didnt take it seriously. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone in future.
