We purchased a piano over the phone through L&S. Due to our location we were unable to visit the store and view the pianos, but Matt was amazing from start to finish. He walked us through the whole process and was able to answer all our questions, helping us find the perfect piano. Piano was delivered and we couldn’t be happier! Thanks again!

Absolutely fabulous service from Matt. My pianola is sounding brilliant. It was desperately out of tune, but Matt was so thorough, and cleaned and adjusted every part of it inside and out methodically and precisely. I honestly could not be any happier, and would recommend any one needing a piano tuner contact him. We give him 10 out of 5 stars!!

Matt and his team showed up on time, introduced themselves right away with friendly attitudes, and went about moving our baby grand up lots of stairs and turns and through tight doorways. They were precise and took every care to ensure the piano was installed without a hitch.I’ll definitely be contacting Matt to come back for a badly needed post-move piano tuning.Highly recommended.
