Ian came and did the first tune on my partners Kawai K400LE piano, he was very professional from the get go all the way until the job was done, and lovely to deal with. He’s the kind of guy you would hope could look after your piano needs to see you out! He tuned and played the piano here I imagine like it was his own with a great deal of care and attention to detail. Very satisfied customer here and would highly recommend him for your piano tuning needs. He is also a fantastic piano player!

Ian did a meticulous job at tuning our old Beale piano and bringing it back to life. I've never heard our piano sound so good! Ian is very friendly and was a good communicator with organising a suitable time to come. He also gave helpful advice about whether the piano is worth doing more restoration beyond tuning (advising it's not, given it's so old) and took the time to explain a bit about how the piano works. He is also a very talented player and I can tell has a genuine passion for his job.
