Gary Bailey's Piano Magic

Great before and after sales service. I purchased a piano from a photo on their website. Gary was happy to take my payment over the phone and arrange for delivery to my home within a few days. When the piano arrived, it was exactly as described. The sound and condition of this second hand piano was great. It fit perfectly into my home. Now all I have to do is learn to play (something that I've wanted to do since childhood). I'll be contacting Gary again to maintain and tune the piano. Let's hope that I can play him a song when next he visits!

Gary serviced our Kawaii Grand Piano today which took him 5 hours. An exceptionally thorough job with his great attention to detail. I've never seen a piano keyboard in pieces before. The piano is sounding sharp and the mahogany finish is sparkling with its glossy shine. Gary played the piano before as well as after the service. What a huge difference!

Gary has always looked after our pianos with great service in moving, servicing and tuning. Gary recommended a Life Saver system for our well used piano and it is has been great.As a piano teacher I have some very enthusiastic young students who give our piano a work out on a weekly basis. Our piano will move out of tune regularly but the Life saver system corrects it every time. I fully recommend it.Thanks Gary.

I have just had the most beautiful piano delivered to me in the country. Gary truly went above and beyond to get it to me and ensure it was perfectly ready for a harsh climate. Gary was only too happy to answer any questions and offer guidance. Fabulous service! I highly recommend.

Without a doubt, we got lucky after looking for a piano tuner on Google. We chose Piano Magic and so glad we did.Diane took our booking in a very professional way and set up a time suitable to us for Gary to visit our home.Gary arrived on time with a smile on his face. Within minutes we felt comfortable with his knowledge of our piano.Our piano is only 5 years old but was way out of tune etc. Gary installed a humidifier which as explained will help dramatically with our piano holing tune for much longer. I'm sure Gary would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have on just how this works. He can explain it better than I.Our piano is in our family room on natural timber flooring. Gary supplied and fitted four glider feet and now we can move our piano around without damaging the floor.Gary then tuned our piano to perfection. Sounds better than new.Gary also made some minor adjustments that has now given the piano a better tone and and now can be played softer which is good when the grandies come over to visit.We are so very happy with the tone now and have no hesitation in strongly recommending Gary from Piano Magic and hope you will also enjoy his professional services. I bought a piano from Gary last week. The whole experience starting with communication via emails to visiting the shop to delivery of the piano to my home was excellent. The service provided along the way was very professional. On top of that I feel safe with extensive warranty provided by Piano Magic.I need to add as well, I well and truly realise this piano is very special and love every bits of it. As I write this review I am listening to the most beautiful piano in the world playing in the background. I cannot begin to describe what an amazing experience it has been to have our old piano restored by Gary and Ron.Our piano has been in the family since early 1900 and although it has been a treasured item for sentimental reasons it has only really sat in the background and used sporadically. It has now a visual and auditory feature of my home - and brings us such incredible joy.From the moment Gary picked our piano up the service has been first class. He and Ron treated it with such love and devotion. Ron meticulously worked on the case - and has produced a true piece of art.It was such a treat to visit the workshop during its transition - it was like visiting Santa's workshop. I purchase a piano that was over 100 years old for my wife. I asked Gary to refurbish and restring the piano. I was skeptical about how good it would look and sound after Gary and his small team were finished. Boy was I wrong, the finish and sound absolutely blew me away. The dedication and professionalism these wonderful people have is evident in the finish and sound. I can not express how ecstatic I am with the piano. My wife, who is yet to see it, will be speachless. I am absolutely awestruck at the finished product for the small amount it cost. I thoroughly recommend, without hesitation, Piano Magic to anybody.

Last Saturday 21st November 2020 was one of the best days of my life. Gary Bailey and Diane delivered my baby Grand Piano that has been on my wish list for 60+ years. Gary made me cry tears of joy. Both he and Diane are exceptional people who made the whole experience just perfect.They are so very professional and kind and I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a piano.
