Period. Honestly, I wouldn't even give it a star. No one realized that I had dropped off my bag for repair at that place until I contacted them eight days later. I paid $40 for a stitch job. You tell me if it's worth it based on the photo attached. The bag got even more damaged

If you want to buy new luggage bags this is the place to come and buy. Their pricing is much cheaper than any other retail store. Best service when it comes to repairs as well.

i went in to this lovely store today and was greeted by the most loveliest people. i wanted to get my key fixed for my car as the buttons stopped working. the owner helped me out so much and gave me a few options on what i could do, he was quick, efficient and affordable and ended up doing exactly what i wanted. he has provided me with a new car key that has working buttons and it works like a charm. always support your local stores and will definitely be back if i need anything else to be fixed :)

This place is quite cheap but if you use eftpos you will have to pay 35 cents. The guy was very friendly at the shop

Be careful when dealing with this company! Call and check stock first before you order any of their products online. Purchased a product online and waited patiently for more than 2 months for my order and was then advised they could not supply. Happily took my money, but had no actual stock. After requesting a refund, it has taken almost 2 weeks for this to happen but only after contacting Pay Pal directly about this ordeal did my refund finally get processed. :(

Absolutely top notch work. I had a pair of hiking boots with disintegrated soles and thought I'd have to purchase a brand new pair. I contacted Keith, who reviewed the photos and assured me that the soles could be replaced. Within a week I had my boots back, expertly repaired with new soles. I'm so happy with the quality of the work and highly recommend Keith's work. Thank you so much.

I received my new Samsonite suitcase yesterday. The handle was faulty where I had it inspected by Samsonite head office in Mulgrave today. The technician said he doesn't have the part cause it's a new model and I have to wait 1-2 months for it to come in so I thought I would call a repair place like 'The Repair Place. When I called up, I was told I would have to pay $65, where I told her I just bought it online brand new. She said, that I bought a faulty product cause I bought it online. I told her they have 4.5 stars and it came in a brand new sealed box. She keep trying to tell me how faulty the product is where she came across as rude and passive aggressive. She said I might have to pay even tho I told her that I just had it inspected by Samsonite head office and they said it's covered under warranty and the handle needs to be replace. She keep running me down on how bad of a person I was for buying it online so I told her I think I'll call someone else and hug up. She left a very sour taste in my mouth!

I'm a river scientist so I wear through boots quick. Frank fixed my boot heels fast and his price was fair. I'll be coming back and I recommend his services.
