Removed and replaced zip and lock on Samsonite luggage, as well as fixed hinge for a VERY reasonable price. Knowledgeable and polite as well. Sometimes busy, so you might have to wait for 15-20minutes to get served.

Christine was excellent in helping us remedy our problems with Samsonite suitcases. Unfortunately we had a long wait as the parts required were not in the country. However as soon as they were, she made sure they were sent out to us ASAP.Shall definitely return to Custom Luggage if and when the need arises. Many thanks for good service.

I required an urgent repair to my American Tourister suitcase zip as I was travelling interstate in a couple of day.I emailed the store for assistance abd within an hour, Christine had phoned me. I explained my situation and was pleasantly surprised to find that the repair could be done that day.I can't recommend the Brisbane Luggage Store highly enough for their amazing service.
