Absolutely top notch work. I had a pair of hiking boots with disintegrated soles and thought I'd have to purchase a brand new pair. I contacted Keith, who reviewed the photos and assured me that the soles could be replaced. Within a week I had my boots back, expertly repaired with new soles. I'm so happy with the quality of the work and highly recommend Keith's work. Thank you so much.

Took my RM Williams In this afternoon to get them re-heeled.Keith was friendly, informative, and very reasonably priced!Best of all he did the repair on the spot as opposed to the standard 8 week wait taking them to RM Williams.I’ve already told family and friends about him and can’t wait to be back for any of my shoe repair needs.Thanks Keith, you’re a legend!

Look no further… Keith and Liz run a friendly, professional, yet unpretentious business. The heel rubber on my RM William’s boots needed replacing, I called Keith and he said he could do the job right away. When I arrived 30minutes later, I was greated warmly by name, and he completed the job as I watched his skills at play. $55 and a 6-8 week wait with RM Williams… Keith charged me $32.

Keith and Liz are the absolute best in the business. Genuine and honest. I got a quote off Keith to replace 3/4 sole of my RM's. Keith picked them up and then called me to advise he could repair a lot cheaper than initial quote. The repair was flawless and the shoes look like new and all completed in a quick turn around. The pick up / drop off service is just an added extra. I definitely would hands down recommend and use again. Thanks Ketih and Liz
