Way overpriced! Not a great customer experience here. I was disappointed with the cost given the job was a simple spring bar replacement in a watch band that took the staff member 30 seconds. I even provided the part (multiple spring bars) that were never given back to me. $19.95 for a 30 second job is unreasonable. I left feeling swindled and disappointed.

Nice honest lad. Took my Birkenstocks there yesterday to be repaired. Forgot to ask for a price before leaving. Upon return he charged me a fair unquoted price. Highly recommended

Phil and his brother provided terrific customer service and the workmanship on my very vintage LV bag is amazing. All done for an extremely affordable price. Definately recommend this business for handbag repairs.

I can't speak highly enough of the workmanship at Cobble Craft. I have been trying to get a much-loved pair of Arche boots resoled (the upper removed and the boots resoled from the ground up). I had almost given up and dust-binned the boots, which is a pity as the leather uppers are in excellent condition and extremely comfortable. I had some other shoes resoled Cobble Craft, so I decided to try them on the Arche boots, and the results were beyond what I had hoped for. I said I'd write a glowing review because excellent craftsmanship that extends the life of a great pair of shoes deserves it.

I wish I could give this business -10. Rude service, paid to have something fixed, he didn't fix it, when I went back he had an attitude and was a smart a**. I went to fix my battery in my remote and he sold me a dud.I would not go here if you want to waste your $$.Edit - My name clearly says Henry, so not sure where you see Harry? You did not change my remote 3 times, do you have amnesia .. maybe you're thinking about another customer you you routed out of money? I don't see your business lasting much longer if you continue to speak to customers the way you do. Good luck as I am sure you will need it.

Thank you for the gorgeous dyeing of a much loved pair of expensive shoes. I now have a restored shoe. After being told by another company that it would cost me over $500 to do , the under $100 cost and professional service makes Cobblecraft the go to shoe repair store.
