I booked in for a 1hr Float and 1hr Massage on Wednesday night for a Thursday afternoon booking. The service I received from the time I made my booking request all the way to the end of my session was absolutely exceptional.It was my first time experiencing a Float, Anna was extremely helpful with explaining the process and making sure I was comfortable before leaving me to the experience. Then when I went in for my massage Anna had taken the time to read through my pre-booking form for any injuries I had and then asked further questions before and during the massage to make sure that I was receiving the service I needed. Overall I had the most enjoyable and relaxing experience I could have wanted. I highly recommend Paramount Health.

Finally found a gym I feel comfortable attending. Not only are Dave and Liv a great support and equiped with the right skill and knowledge but the whole Gym on Grim community has started to feel like family. Really enjoying being a member of this gym and looking forward to my journey towards fitness here.

I just had a pregnancy massage with Bridget tonight. First time I have been here but definitely will not be my last. Not only was she absolutely love, she is an incredible masseuse! Thanks Bridget !

I have nothing bad to say about NXTSET as a whole, the gym, the trainers, they're all fantastic and are so helpful. This gym is amazing and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I currently train with Cloey and she is AMAZING, she has helped me with my training and my nutrition and she always makes a lot of things clear when talking about nutrition. My fiancé trains with Alex and he could not be happier, he raves about him and his training all the time after each session, he really has given him the love for fitness back and we are both currently completing a program from both of them and let me just say they are so great.

I cannot thank Carlie enough for the incredible work she does. As soon as you walk through the door you feel like you’re walking into heaven. She’s created such an incredible space and I’ve never met someone has passionate as she is about her craft. The results speak for themselves. Truely amazing. You’d be crazy not to give it a go

Rimba Sweat has become essential to my nightshift routine. Alternating between red and blue chromotherapy depending on when I need to be energised/ relaxed. Beautiful space and lovely staff!

The So glamorous girls are all amazing!I see Tahlia for my brows and facials. She’s so knowledgeable and has recommended products that have helped my skin to look and feel so healthy!Brows are always on point and the vibe of so glam is always warm and welcoming. Won’t go anywhere else!

I so needed a ginko experience, was lovely from the hot towel as i walked in the door to foot spa and rose oil at the end, very relaxed and refreshed thank you Jen.
