Prideworthy
Andy is a highly skilled, knowledgeable & intersectional therapist & supervisor. I have deeply appreciated and benefited from Andy’s advocacy, knowledge & support, particularly in the areas of clinical governance & professional self care. I would confidently recommend and refer anyone LGBTIQ+ or allies to Andy.

They never force you to do anything and never release information without your consent unless you're in/are a serious danger. It's an inviting space and most workers are friendly and understanding, main issue is that it's easy to fall out of touch with them, if you have a depressive episode and can't make two appointments in a row, they'll take you off their lists, and after that you have to go through the whole beginning process again.Honestly they let you just go in and chill and it's really pleasant and the egg chairs are really nice and they block out sound too.And if your parents make you go, tell them. They won't make you do it. They'll tell your parents straight up that they will NEVER force you to do anything, and that you must agree to go and see them. And if you need help, don't be afraid to ask them, they know what they're doing, if you need out of somewhere, tell them, they'll help as much as they can. They're there to help you.

On Track Psychology
I attended a few sessions with a lovely therapist to help me work through some life changes. After our third session, she completely stopped responding to my emails. I then followed up with the business to which I received no response. I then emailed again a week later and got a response two days later. They offered me a time that did not work to my schedule, and they have since completely ghosted me. Completely unprofessional for a business that claims to help people in their time of need (and charges the $$$ accordingly.) Also upsetting as I clearly noted I struggled talking about the issues I was facing, so to be abandoned like this only complicates the issue further. Do not recommend, please try somewhere else for help.

Carrington Consulting Suites
Dr H das walked past me multiple times without saying hello or even acknoledging that i was waiting for him. I was 15 min early for my appointment, i traveled a far distanced and even though i didnt feel like it, i made the effort out of respect! This Psychiatrists behaviour continued to be unproffessional and disresprectful, I politely asked him why he walked past me, he got defensive; was agressive and snapped non of your buissiness! I was shocked! I felt my anziety being triggered as this Dr further traumatized me only to tell me that I asked a weird question and im going around in circles. I sensed he was angry, i told him I dont want to argue and lets stay on track, he than conluded that he wasnt going to treat me and ended the session. I feel further traumatitized, and question whether or not this Dr should still have his medical degree and license to practice? I suggest we investigate further.

Discovery Family Therapy
Nadia is a very warm and welcoming counsellor at Discovery Family Therapy. Her affinity with children has made my granddaughter open to receive the help and support she needs. Nadia is very inclusive in allowing space for the whole family to be part of the healing process which is what we were hoping for. She has been very flexible with her appointment times which has allowed us to reschedule due to sickness or other circumstances. Can highly recommend this service.
