She explained the whole process prior to my colonic starting and made sure I felt at ease. Where do I start? I had seen videos on TikTok and wanted to do a colonic cleanse for a while now. But never knew where to go, my friend has been going here for sometime and recommended this clinic to me. He mentioned his experience and left me curious yet convinced to be one done. So I booked in with Amy over the phone, she was lovely and very informative. On the day Amanda looked after us and for what I thought would be an uncomfortable experience it was very comfortable and relaxing. The service here is exceptional and for what I thought might be a one off trip will now be a regular thing.Prior to going I had cramping and bloating issues often. I always felt yuck after meals and had low energy. After having my colonic cleanse I felt extremely refreshed and energised. I also now don’t get cramping like before and after eating I feel full but a good full. I no longer feel bloated after meals.If you’re considering getting this done or curious. Just book in a session or give the clinic a call. You honestly won’t regret it.

Love how peaceful it is. Much lighter, less bloated and yes it helped whilst I was on a weightloss challenge. The Sauna leaves my skin feeling amazing and the staff are always welcoming.
