I have been renting a unit via Century21 for over 3 years. No problems whatsoever. Michelle @ Century21 has been very helpful and prompt when it came to getting something fixed at the apartment. Highly recommend their service.

Vision Property! If I become down on my luck and had nothing left but got offered a rental with Vision Property.... i would still be down on my luck with nothing left. I would never recommend Vision Property to anyone, the only recommendation would be is to avoid them at all costs. Breaking tenancy laws left right and centre with no urgency too fix the tenants concerns or issues. 0 stars for me

Dan kept in contact with us for over 2 years from when we first started thinking about selling until we finally made the decision we were ready to sell. He was never pushy and remained professional and friendly the whole time. Dan gave us tips on what we could do to our house to get it ready to sell and help us reach our sale price. He was able to get an amazing offer after the first viewing and kept us updated every step of the way until we finally sold.

I feel compelled to share my experience with pm realty to warn others.In my personal experience, I found pm realty to be highly unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful towards their tenants. They appear to rely on their tenants' lack of knowledge regarding their rights and use unsavory tactics to take steal their hard-earned money.For instance, they attempted to list me on a tenant database illegally, and despite my attempts at informing them that this was illegal. I had to escalate the matter to NSW Fair Trading to prevent this from happening.Additionally, pm realty also attempted to charge me for general wear and tear, which is also illegal.It's alarming that pm realty may not be knowledgeable about rental laws or may be deliberately taking advantage of their clients' lack of awareness. I highly recommend consulting reputable sources for advice and guidance, such as the Tenant's Union of NSW, who can provide accurate information about tenants' rights.If you're looking for a trustworthy and ethical real estate agent,keep looking and choose someone else who is professional and values lawful and ethical behavior.pm realty's behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the standards expected of licensed real estate agents. Their license should be re-evaluated to ensure they are providing a fair and lawful service to their clients.

We were originally recommended to Morton Real Estate for Rental Management and was put in touch with Joseph Youll. We appreciated his thorough and open approach and the time he spent in walking us through the processes. We would have loved to have worked with Joseph but decided to sell in the end. Joseph put us in touch with Lucy and Marcus who were just as great. As first time sellers, it was great having their guidance and expertise and the regular updates they provided.
