Had a great experience in the Saunas.The other alternative health solutions they offer are incredible too, and are backed by science. Couldn't recommend then enough.

The conversation & knowledge is the ALL THE H difference. Every time you walk in a different conversation is had & you always walk away with some new knowledge.The Sunlighten Saunas are amazing too.

Just completed my first session at Hadi and Bens infrared sauna. Totally relaxing and invigorating. They've created a warm and welcoming environment in which to relax and have a chat. They also stock a wide range of holistic products which Ben and Hadi were only too happy to explain.I will definitely going back, and thoroughly recommend this service to people who need to slow down and to spend a little bit of time on themselves.

Attended a Yoga Nidra Mediation class and could not have loved it more if I tried, it was absolutely incredible. What a beautiful experience. Thank you so much to Heidi and Ben for being amazing and sharing their passion to our community. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend to everyone

Solstice is the best thing to have come to Mudgee, and Hadi and Ben are the best people we could have asked to open it. They bring our beautiful little alley way to life. When I stop by I always leave with heaps more information, and feel so supported. These guys have so much knowledge. I really love how Solstice stocks products from local artists who are starting out, and will always point you in the direction of other Mudgee locals doing cool things. A real community vibe.

I’m forever grateful for Hadi and Ben and continue to be. Their studio is beautifully put together with carefully sort out products and services. Their knowledge is impeccable and they are always more then happy to help if you need it, whether it’s about a health related topic or a product in store. If they cannot help they are happy to point you in the right direction to another local business.I spent majority of my 2020 doing Medicine Body and I could not fault it, Hadi gave me the tools for me to better myself and most importantly cope/deal with my anxiety. She never pushed and always met me where I was at on the day of my appointments, I can’t even begin to express the gratitude I have towards this lady.Our community is extremely lucky to have a business like this with the knowledge and kindness both Hadi and Ben bring

Feeling warm and welcome even before I stepped into the sauna! This place is beautiful, calm and Ben and Hadi make you feel at home. The sauna experience was great! Beautiful music and a program that eased me into the types of infrared made for a relaxing 45 minutes that felt like it was over in a flash. The cold towel for the back of the neck and coconut water afterwards was a nice touch. You could relax just as much afterwards, without feeling like you had to rush out the door. I am definitely getting a subscription so I can enjoy this weekly.
