Pest control service

Dan has been managing our pest control for the last 20 years, and I wouldn't use anyone else! He's a great guy and does an awesome job. He always checks in to see if we have any particular issues to focus on and gives great information about how to manage post-pest control care. Thanks Dan - love your work!

Great service. Sasha was very professional, knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions (and I asked a lot of questions). We've seen significantly less roach activity since he sprayed our apartment which is a testament to the quality of the service he provides. Highly recommended.

Very satisfied with the thorough inspection of the house and yard. The technician checked through roof spaces, under the house, sheds and all old tree stumps. He spent the time do do it properly. Gave me some great advice on where the termites will appear near concrete flooring.

We left a message for Neil. When he finished his job he contacted us. He let us know 45 minutes before arriving. He arrived 5 minutes early. He efficiently removed the bee swarm. All done within the day. We would recommend his service on the basis of his work and arriving on time.

I highly recommend North East Pest Management. We had a pre-purchase pest inspection completed by Malcolm back in 2006 for our investment property. He was VERY thorough and professional to deal with to the point where we have used North East Pest Management each year since for new tenants moving in and out. His decades of experience cannot be matched by the others in our opinion. Absolutely AAA+ Service.

I realised I had a small rodent issue and wanted to get on top of it before it worsened. I messaged the business via FB (not expecting a response until the next business day, as it was a weekend) and I was surprised to promptly receive a message in return.From the first point of contact, Jason was amazing.As soon as he arrived he noticed I also had Fire Ants and as he thoroughly inspected the house, he found an infestation of Redback Spiders living in my roof! Jason treated all of the issues for me.Early Bird Pest Control have very competitive rates and I am so glad I found them as I honestly would pay a lot more for such great service!As a side note, last year I had a well known company come to my previous house for similar issues. Being a younger female, the two men were both condescending and made me feel stupid the entire time (which is unfortunately a common issue that I'm sure many women experience). I can honestly say that as soon as I spoke and met Jason, I felt he was not only very competent, but so polite that it was as if I was talking to a friend!100% recommend!!

Very thorough inspection report - we had two inspections for building and pests. The inspection was balanced overall, highlighting areas that may need attention. The critical areas for attention were clear in the report. The photos that were attached were appropriate and highlighted the issues mentioned in the report. I would use this company again.
