Just had a sauna and massage with Katie. Fantastic experience. The space is beautiful. They have hit the mark with the ambiance. The massage was great. She asked questions of what I wanted and did that. I'm going to book in again.

Such a lovely experience, having an ice bath and sauna, such a nice self care activity, I did it on my own and had such a lovely and peaceful experience, love the touches of being able to put my own music on, and the lighting was such a good ambient. Highly recommend the combo !!

World Class Treatment!Morgan had super in-depth knowledge about health, the nervous system she had an incredible aura, filled with positivity and spirituality making me and my partner Ash feel at home and ready to take on the Ice Bath challenge!The room is filled with details making your experience the best possible. Candles creating a lovely atmosphere. You can connect to the bluetooth speakers and play anything you want. There's 2 LED light controllers to choose your own personal mood!Literally everything felt so thought out!Keen for the next one xx

Katie Sallam is a miracle worker. I was in Sydney for a series of marathon swims and saw Katie after each one to help accelerate my recovery. Each time she knew exactly where to focus, and how to help me get back in the water faster. Any endurance athlete would benefit from her services!

This would have to be the best health clinic that I've found in Sydney. The atmosphere of Akasha is exceptional and with a wide range of treatments it's a place I will continue to come back to. There is no pressure to book future consultations which instils a confidence that the staff are genuinely there to help. The massages and massage rooms are world class and I can highly recommend the knowledgeable and skilled Katie Sallam.

I've seen many acupuncturists over the years but never had such positive results as with Truth. He has been able to alleviate my pain and fix issues I've been dealing with for years. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting results!!
